We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and willing to learn Business Administration Apprentice to work within our Adults Social Care - Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Team. We are a small team of dedicated Officers who work to protect the rights of individuals who lack the capacity to consent to their care arrangements. We aim for excellence while ensuring legal obligations are met and that decisions are made in the person’s best interest. We work in partnership with numerous partners: internal staff, service users, family members, advocates, care providers. We will offer you a great opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge, which are transferable to other settings whilst working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification. What skills and experience do you need?
- Minimum qualifications of English and Maths at Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE grade 4/C or above / Functional Skills Level 2)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to the full duration of the apprenticeship — showing reliability, motivation, and readiness to balance work and study responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills - apprenticeships are designed for those ready to grow through hands-on experience and training.

What can we offer you?
- A competitive salary while gaining a nationally recognised qualification
- We pay our apprentices National Minimum Wage for Age:
- Age 21 and over = £12.21 per hour
- Age 18 to 20 = £10.00 per hour
- Under 18 = £7.55 per hour
