North East Help Limited is seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our supported accommodation service for young people aged 16–18. You will provide person-centred support to help them develop confidence, practical life skills and independence.
You will work as part of a team, liaise with Social Workers and education providers, and ensure safeguarding and risk management plans are followed.
