Killamarsh Active offers a great working environment for staff, with new facilities introduced in 2022. The sports centre comprises a 4 courts sports hall, 2 squash courts, fitness studio, spin studio, large soft play kingdom, 80 station 2 floor fitness suite, café, 3G football pitch, and meeting rooms.
The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the activity programme runs on time, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, meeting and greeting customers, and working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:- Ability to deal face to face with a full age range of customers
- A good understanding of a wide range of sports and leisure activities
- Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Ability to carry out cleaning tasks thoroughly
- To be able to use a modern till and booking system
The successful candidates will be subject to a Disclosure carried out by the DBS at the Enhanced Level. The post is normally based at Killamarsh Active, but candidates must be willing to work at any of the council's establishments should the need arise.
