Building Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
The daily maintenance of 3 large buildings on our busy business park at Traynor Way, in Peterlee.

• Ensuring correct office temperature are maintained on a BMS heating and cooling system, which includes preventive maintenance.
• Checking filters and air flow.
• General building maintenance ( doors / locks / lights / ceiling tiles / water leaks / toilets )

Hours: 40 Hours a week including 30 mins lunch

Holiday: 30 Days including bank holidays

A little bit about our company – North East Commercial Ltd:

Traynor Business Park has three large building, which have been divided up into individual office space and tailored for the tenants\’ requirements.

You will be part of a small team and the aim being for the smooth running of the park and to deal with any issues that arise.

We always look for a fast response to any query or problem.

We work with a range of contractors that help with the running of the park when needed.

Training will be given where necessary, but the below skills would be an advantage.

• Heating / boiler / BMS knowledge
• Plumbing / toilet systems
• Joinery skills
• Electrical experience
• Personal transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
