We are excited to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our highly skilled SEND Support team at a time of positive growth and development across our school.

We are looking for someone who is warm, resilient and good-humoured, with a genuine passion for working with young people aged 9-13. Experience of working with children in this age range is desirable. You will either hold, or be working towards, a relevant qualification, and we are committed to supporting your professional development through ongoing training and opportunities to grow within the role.
In this role, you will:
- Support pupils with a wide range of additional needs, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions
- Work collaboratively with experienced staff in a nurturing, child-centred environment
- Play a key part in supporting every child achieve their full potential
