North Tyneside Council's Emotional Wellbeing Team is seeking an experienced Family Health Wellbeing Partner to join our growing service. You will provide targeted interventions for children, young people and families where there are concerns about emotional wellbeing and mental health, delivering a mix of workshops, 1:1 support and whole-family approaches in local communities.

Work will be collaborative across Health, Education and partner agencies, with a commitment to improving outcomes.
