We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Support Worker who wants to build positive relationships, encourage independence, and help people achieve the things that matter most to them. What will you be doing?
No two days are the same. You'll support people to:
- Live as independently as possible
- Develop confidence and life skills
- Take part in hobbies, social activities and community events
- Maintain relationships with family and friends
- Manage daily routines and personal care
- Attend appointments and manage their health and wellbeing
- Make choices about how they want to live their lives
You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, positive and stimulating environment where people can thrive.

Essential requirements:
- Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
- Level 2 qualification in Safe Handling of Medication
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred support
- (Level 3 Medication Training must be achieved within two months of appointment, with support provided.)
