Together for Children Sunderland is seeking a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker to join the Alternative Provision Specialist Taskforce (APST). The role focuses on prevention, intervention and coordinating support for children in Alternative Provision, with a DSL duties role and cross-agency collaboration.
You will work with schools, families and partner services to strengthen assessments and ensure child-centred planning, with emphasis on attendance, inclusion and safe outcomes for young people.
