Northern Education Trust is seeking an Education Welfare Officer for Hetton Academy to support pupils at risk and promote wellbeing within our Sunderland-based school community.

The post is permanent and full-time (37 hours, 39 weeks per year) with a salary of £34,434 to £36,363 FTE.

The successful candidate will monitor attendance, behaviour and welfare, engage with families, and contribute to school improvement.

Visits to the Academy are encouraged; safeguarding is a priority.
