Salary Range: Grade 6, SCP23 – SCP25 £34,434.00 - £36,363.00 FTE (pro rata £30,422.00 - £32,127.00)
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Cover Manager to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our academy. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will oversee the daily coordination of staff cover, manage Cover Supervisors, liaise with supply agencies and ensure lessons continue with minimal disruption. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll work closely with academy leaders and teaching staff, helping to ensure high-quality learning continues and manage student behaviour whilst supervising whole classes during short term teacher absences.
The Academy has undergone rapid and continuous improvement since joining NET in 2022 and we have celebrated KS4 results that are well above the national average as well as being amongst the top performing schools in the North East.
