We are looking for a forward-thinking Strategic Enterprise Architect to lead and guide the development of our technology strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how digital services are designed, delivered and improved across one of the largest councils in the country. Working with senior leaders and teams across the Council, you will help define future operating models, support major transformation programmes and establish architecture standards that enable modern, resilient and efficient services for residents, staff and communities.
We’re looking for a collaborative leader with significant experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation and technology strategy within a complex organisation. You will bring strong stakeholder management skills, sound judgement and a passion for using technology to support service improvement. Bring your expertise, ideas and enthusiasm to a role where you can help build the foundations for a modern, connected and future-ready council.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in Computer Information Systems / Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or have a further relevant technical vocational or management qualifications. Please refer to the attached Person Specification for the full criteria.
