Middlesbrough Council is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused ICT Service Desk Analysts to join our ICT Services team.
Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer service?
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the technology that enables Council services to operate effectively and efficiently for our residents and communities.
As part of our ICT Service Desk team, you will provide first-line support across a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft 365, end-user devices, business applications and workplace technology.
You will help resolve technical issues, support users across the organisation and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ICT services.
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering ICT support in a customer-focused environment, who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people and working as part of a collaborative team.
Whether supporting users remotely or on-site, you will be committed to delivering a professional, high-quality service and helping colleagues make the best use of technology.
