North East Combined Authority is seeking a specialist in property and property processes to join the Commercial Landlord Team.

You will be a senior member of a team delivering the Council's Strategic Property Management service, ensuring proactive management of the estate and opportunities for rationalisation and disposal.

You will have a degree (or equivalent), MRICS with full membership, and a track record in valuations, estate management, acquisitions and lettings.
