Northumberland Skills Service is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Job Coach to support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to progress into employment, apprenticeships, further education, and adult life.
Working closely with learners, curriculum staff, employers, families, and external agencies, you will help identify and remove barriers to learning and employment.
