Westlands Academy, Thornaby-on-Tees, part of Horizons Specialist Academy Trust, seeks a proactive Student Behaviour Assistant to support behaviour, attitudes and pastoral care for students with SEMHD.

The role works 32.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 training/Planning (PL) days. The successful candidate will follow Trust procedures and contribute to safeguarding and holistic pupil welfare, with enhanced DBS clearance expected.
