You will work with supply agencies to book and monitor staff, ensure smooth lesson coverage via the MIS system, and lead a team of Cover Supervisors while supporting teaching staff in managing student behaviour.
The role includes supervising whole classes during short-term absences and contributing to a safe, structured learning environment.
