Location: Mo Mowlam Academy, Corporation Road, Redcar, TS10 1PA
Working hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 2pm - 6pm during term time + 5 PD Days. Shift 2pm - 6pm. Some flexibility may be considered.
Contract type: Part-time
Salary: R&C Grade 3 (actual salary £11,580 - pay award pending)
Job start: Required as soon as possible.
Responsibilities: The role includes working alone and as part of a small team to ensure that the environment for children is suitable for learning and presents and maintains the new Academy in the best possible way.
About the Academy: Mo Mowlam Academy joined the Trust in April 2019 and relocated to a new purpose-built Academy in Redcar. The Academy caters for pupils aged 5 to 16 years. All pupils have an Education Health and Care Plan due to their social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
About the Trust: Horizons Specialist Academy Trust consists of eight academies and one Sixth Form across the Tees Valley and North Yorkshire area serving a population in excess of 1000 students aged 5 to 19 with a broad range of learning difficulties.
