Whitburn Church of England Academy in Whitburn is inviting applications for two Inclusion Support Assistants.

These permanent, term-time posts are 37 hours per week with start September 2026.

You will support student wellbeing and conduct within your year group under a Pastoral Year Leader, drawing on experience with young people and families.

A calm, assertive approach and clear communication with parents are essential.
