North Durham Academy is seeking a dedicated Year Manager to support a specific year group.
You will work closely with the Head of Inclusion and Head of Year to uphold high standards of student wellbeing and a safe, supportive learning environment.
You will lead year group assemblies, be the primary contact for parents, monitor attendance and behaviour, and collaborate with external agencies to support students in your year group.
This is a term-time plus one week role with a probationary period.
