We have an exciting opportunity within our Recruitment Team for a HR Support Officer, working 30 hours a week as part of the wider HR Service at Middlesbrough Council.

Playing a key role inthe recruitment process you will create the job adverts,support our recruiting managers with the shortlisting and interview processand once an offer is made you will issue the offer letter and contract to the successful applicant.You will alsobe responsible forensuring the pre-employment checks and other associated tasksarecarried out to ensure the on-boardingand payrollprocessesarecompleted.
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Has experience in recruitment or HR administration.
- Can organise and co-ordinate multiple tasks.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills.
- Is confident in the use of IT systems and can apply meticulous attention to detail.
