HLTA - Fellside Primary School in Gateshead

The Headteacher and governors wish to appoint one suitably qualified and motivated HLTA to join our inclusive and forward looking school.

You will;

• have an ability to demonstrate excellent and inclusive classroom practice which promotes good progress and improves all children's wellbeing and achievement,
• be able to demonstrate understandingof the needs of children and families from across all backgrounds
• have evidence to show an understanding of primary education; EYFS and KS1 and 2 national curriculum delivery
• be able to show how they have contributed positively within a school setting,
• have a desire to work closely with a range of skilled professionals and with children's families to achieve the best outcomes for them,
• be a committed team member,
• be committed to professional development,
