The Headteacher and governors wish to appoint one suitably qualified and motivated Family Support Worker to join our inclusive and forward looking school.

You will

• have an ability to demonstrate excellent and inclusive practice in line with our child centred ethos which promotes good progress and improves all children’s wellbeing and achievement,
• be able to demonstrate understanding of the needs of families from across all backgrounds and including families who have one or more children with additional needs
• have evidence to show an understanding of primary education,
• be able to show how they have contributed positively within a school or social care/family support setting,
• have a desire to work closely with a range of skilled professionals and with children’s families to achieve the best outcomes for them,
• be a committed team member,
• be committed to professional development,

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year, they are subject to an equated salary adjustment.
