Our finance team is expanding and has an opportunity for a finance manager to join the team. This is an exciting new position and will play a pivotal role in strengthening the Service’s financial leadership, governance, and performance. This is more than a finance role; it's an opportunity to lead change and help shape the future of our organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Procurement, you will lead high-quality payroll, accountancy, and financial management services across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated finance professional who thrives in a dynamic public-sector environment and enjoys building strong, collaborative relationships.

The postholder will represent the Service with professionalism and integrity, modelling excellent conduct, ethical practice, inclusivity, and organisational effectiveness. A uniform will be provided in line with the Service’s Dress and Appearance Policy.

Competitive Salary (Grade G/H: £39,862–£49,282)

Start on £39,862 while working toward qualification, progressing to £46,142 once qualified. Fully qualified applicants start at £46,142. Local Government Pay Award pending.
