Middlesbrough Council is offering a Digital Inclusion Apprentice role within the Rekindle Digital Inclusion Service. The fixed-term contract up to 18 months involves supporting older, disabled and vulnerable individuals to build online skills and confidence, and helping them access a wide range of online services.
You will work with Digital Inclusion and Community Caseworkers from offices and community venues across Middlesbrough, handling referrals, data entry, and admin tasks.
