Northumberland County Council is seeking a Residential Support Worker at Coanwood Children's Home in Cramlington. You will join a dedicated team supporting four young people (ages 6β17) with their emotional, social and educational needs, under the direction of managers to ensure safe, quality care.
The role requires a shift pattern with early and late shifts and sleep-ins; average 37 hours weekly, with two weekends out of four and some bank holidays.
