The Claims and Insurance team are looking to recruit a Claims Support Officer to help support our team with all insurance renewals, tenders, claims and queries. You will work within a team, supporting with insurance renewals, tenders, data and claims received. You will play an active part in making sure our residents are safe and that the Authority is protected from any claims arising.

You will be responsible for supporting claims handling, dealing with correspondence and members of the public enquiries. You will monitor claims and be responsible for data reporting within the team, working across the organisation to support best practice.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Insurance manager and claims team to provide day to day operational support, administering claims and supporting administrative duties. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work within a team and independently. You will have excellent IT skills and data management experience. A demonstrable interest in the insurance and claims field would be desirable.
