Responsibilities:
Working independently and as part of a team, you will support adults to access a range of activities both within our residential homes and in the community. You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, have a drive and resilience for what is often a demanding role; and you must be people‑centred with good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive, trusting relationships with the adults we support.

If this sounds like you, and you’re seeking a rewarding job role, we are currently recruiting for a number of Care Support Assistants to join our Independent Supported Living Service in Whitley Bay.
This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020. As such it will be necessary for an enhanced Disclosure submission to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
