Salary: Base salary of £26,039.55 per annum, with shift overtimes around £60 per shift.

If this sounds like you, and you’re seeking a rewarding job role, we are currently recruiting for a Care Support Assistant to join our team in Sunderland.
Working independently and as part of a team, you will support adults to access a range of activities both within our residential homes and in the community. You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, have a drive and resilience for what is often a demanding role; and you must be people‑centred with good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive, trusting relationships with the adults we support.
This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and amendments to the 1975, 2013 and 2020 Exceptions Orders. An enhanced Disclosure submission will be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
