As a Care Support Assistant with NEAS, you will be key to supporting adults in residential care and independent supported living services to live their very best lives. Every person we support is different, and every day in this role is different too. As part of a caring, compassionate team, you will help with everything from day-to-day tasks around the house, to outings and trips into the community, helping the adults you care for gain independence, while building strong, trusting relationships with them.

We run small, family style homes, designed to be sensory friendly for our residents, and accommodating to any needs they have. It’s important to us that our houses feel like home to the individuals living there, an environment where they feel safe, confident, and as independent as possible – making that possible is part of what you will do in a NEAS home.
