Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the ISL staff team, you will support adults to access a range of activities both within our residential homes and in the community.
  • You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, have a drive and resilience for what is often a demanding role; and you must be people‑centred with good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive, trusting relationships with the adults you support, their families and external agencies.
