We are recruiting for a General Manager to lead the strategic and operational development of New Warlands Farm's new commercial enterprises, including the café, farm shop and cider production. You will be an experienced manager with strong leadership, financial and operational skills, able to develop new business opportunities, build effective partnerships and lead teams to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will be proactive, resilient and solutions-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to inclusion and helping autistic and neurodivergent people develop skills, confidence and pathways into employment.
