About the role
Our Supported Living service allows autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults to live in their own home by providing bespoke round-the-clock care.
Working independently and as part of a team, you’ll support them at home and out in the community – helping them with personal and household tasks, to shop for and prepare meals, go on outings and holidays, access doctors and dentist appointments, and do the things they love.

While we value experience, it is not essential to have previously worked in health and social care, or with autistic people. Our comprehensive induction, training and mentoring will give you all the skills and tools you need to thrive in your career.
