To assist in the smooth running of the Clinical Assessment Service within the Operations Directorate by providing administrative support to the Clinical Assessment Service. The Clinical Assessment Service supports patients who call 111 and require clinical assessment. This post helps to deliver our vision of unmatched quality of care every time we touch lives.
This is a permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, including bank holidays, weekends and nights.
Duties include:
- Booking patient appointments
- Ensuring the smooth running of the clinical assessment administration service
Based at our Bernicia House site - NEAS HQ.
