Job overview:
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to NEASUS across both the Pallion and Blaydon sites. They will be responsible for managing the administration requirements related to NEASUS operations, including overseeing records and processes for the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) fleet, which consists of approximately 600 vehicles, along with any lease vehicles under the control of NEASUS and NEAS.
Main duties of the job:
- Deliver a professional and efficient reception service.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records within the fleet management system.
- Oversee the administration and control of all lease vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
Person specification:
- Maths & English GCSE Grade C/4 or above
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
