Exciting opportunity to join North Tyneside Council’s Care Call service. North Tyneside Council’s Care Call service is looking to recruit a full-time Telecare & Crisis Response Officer for our Night Shift team. The successful post holders will work as part of our front-line service.

Care Call provides many key services for and on behalf of North Tyneside Council, including installation of tele-care, monitoring and responding to calls into the service, out of hours call handling, and the provision of equipment. The successful applicant will be required to work outside of normal office hours to support the 24/7 crisis response service on a rotational shift pattern, which will include weekends and bank holidays.

The Care Call service is committed to supporting customers of our service, their families, and carers with appropriate tele-care installation and a tailored response to support people to live independently, well, and safeguarded. Applicants should hold a full UK driving licence and be able to undertake moving and handling tasks.
