Working 37 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days with an actual pro‑rated salary of £27,581 – £29,472 per annum (pay award pending).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the year group’s pastoral care, promoting attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and uniform standards.
  • Monitor and support student academic progress.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents and carers.
  • Supervise whole classes during teacher absences and deliver assemblies when required.
  • Collaborate with the pastoral team and leadership to uphold high standards.
