Key Responsibilities- Manage the year group’s pastoral care, promoting attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and uniform standards.
- Monitor and support student academic progress.
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents and carers.
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absences and deliver assemblies when required.
- Collaborate with the pastoral team and leadership to uphold high standards.
