Salary: £25 583 – £25 989 pro rata (Scale Point 5 – 6). Pay award pending. Term time only, 32.5 hours per week, Fixed‑term contract starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support children in the Early Years classroom as a Teaching Assistant.
• Use a secure knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework and Development Matters to inform practice.
• Provide recent experience supporting children with SEND.
• Demonstrate high expectations for all children and themselves.
• Commit to professional development and act in the best interests of the academy.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Early Years qualification meeting Department for Education criteria and at least NVQ Level 2 in teaching and learning or equivalent.
