Key Responsibilities

  • Work with children across the nursery age range, supporting the delivery of rich learning experiences that promote development, wellbeing and a love of learning.
  • Support lunchtime provision and coordinate activities across different age groups.
  • Help meet children’s individual needs under the guidance of Key Workers and senior colleagues.
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents, families and other professionals.
  • Attend to early starts and late finishes within the school’s opening hours of 7.30am to 6.00pm as required.

Qualifications

  • Full and relevant Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above, with experience working with children from Birth to 5.
  • Early Years Educators must also hold a suitable Level 2 qualification in English.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements is essential.
