The Foundation of Light Future Pathways team are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Careers Coordinator to help build upon the success of the transformational work we do across Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham. The new role will lead the implementation of engaging and relevant Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work experience plans internally and externally
  • Deliver engaging sessions, workshops or assemblies on pathways, employability and apprenticeships
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, schools, employers and other stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
  • Successfully complete a probation period; permanent, full‑time role
  • Embed EDI and safeguarding in all aspects of work
  • Have or be willing to work towards a Level 4 qualification in IAG
