About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Cover Manager to play a key role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of our academy. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will oversee the daily coordination of staff cover, manage Cover Supervisors, liaise with supply agencies and ensure lessons continue with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure lessons continue with minimal disruption during teacher absences
- Supervise whole classes while maintaining high‑quality learning
- Manage student behaviour and support teaching staff
- Support academy leaders and teaching staff to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications
- Proven organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in staff coordination or similar role
- Commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of students
