St Aidan’s Catholic Academy is a Catholic learning community for boys aged 11‑18.
Responsibilities
- Work three days per week on the Careers Programme and Future Ready Programme, providing impartial one‑to‑one guidance, delivering targeted career activities, and helping pupils build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for their next steps.
- Support the SEND and Inclusion Department for two days per week, delivering high‑quality administrative and organisational support, maintaining accurate systems and records, coordinating statutory processes and meetings, and working closely with the SENDCO to ensure effective provision for pupils with additional needs.
Qualifications
- Exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
- Required to obtain a satisfactory Enhanced DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service as part of pre‑employment checks.
- Experience in career guidance and/or SEND/inclusion support within a school setting is desirable.
