Overview

Whitworth Park Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our dynamic and highly effective pastoral team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the wellbeing, personal development, and academic success of our students.

Our pastoral team is the heart of our school community, consisting of five experienced and committed Heads of Year and Pastoral Managers.

Together, we deliver an outstanding pastoral provision that ensures every student feels safe, supported and empowered to thrive.

Responsibilities

As a Pastoral Manager, you will work closely with students, families and staff to provide high quality care and guidance, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote positive behaviour and attendance.

You will be instrumental in maintaining our inclusive and nurturing school environment.
