North East Ambition in South Shields is seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor.
You will undertake the full range of duties to satisfy the Authority’s legal liabilities under the Building Regulations, Building Act and allied legislation under Building Control.
The post is currently 37 hpw, negotiable for part-time hours at interview.
Salary is £41,771 - £48,226 pa (Career Grade, pro rata) plus a 10% Market Forces Supplement and an on-call allowance, with an excellent benefits package.
