The predicted salary is between 41771 - 48226 £ per year.
£41,771 - £48,226 pa (Career Grade) (pro rata) (+ 10% Market Forces Supplement – to be reviewed in June 2027, and an on-call allowance)
You will undertake the full range of duties to satisfy the Authority’s legal liabilities under the Building Regulations, Building Act and allied legislation under the remit of Building Control.
This post is currently 37 hpw, however we are prepared to discuss part-time hours at interview if required.
