The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Community Operations Directorate to support our Social Enterprise Initiative. This role is critical to ensure that the Borough of South Tyneside is cleaner, greener, safer and that our enterprise can continue to grow.
You will be responsible to the Social Enterprise Manager ensuring the delivery of a high-quality Social Enterprise service throughout the Borough of South Tyneside. You will work as part of the Asset and Property Services team on a day-to-day basis to ensure that work is completed to a high standard in a timely, safe and customer focused manner.
You will oversee other construction related work, whilst working alongside the Social Enterprise Trainees. You will have excellent customer care skills, a sound knowledge of health and safety, a background of working within Grounds Maintenance and are able to multi-task.
It is essential that you hold a full current driving licence as you will be expected to operate and drive a number of vehicles throughout the fleet. We offer an excellent benefits package. We do not currently offer skilled worker visa sponsorship.
