North East Ambition is seeking an Adult Social Care Improvement Manager for a 12-month fixed-term role within the Business Assurance and Market Oversight service in the Statutory Improvement Team in North Tyneside. You will lead improvement activity, strengthen quality of practice and support CQC readiness.

You will work cross‑team, use data and co-production to drive improvements, translate policy into practical service changes, and collaborate with partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
