We are looking for a reliable, proactive and customer‑focused Lettings Assistant to support the delivery of our community services. This vital role involves preparing facilities for evening and weekend activities, providing excellent front‑of‑house service, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and supporting the smooth operation of bookings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Appear as a visible and approachable presence across the site.
- Security, basic cleaning, health and safety checks.
- Ensure a high standard of customer care.
- Support the smooth operation of bookings and events.
- Work various shift patterns and be flexible to meet the needs of the business, including regular evening and weekend working.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
- Past experience in a customer‑facing role and a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
