About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting children’s emotional well‑being, behaviour, and safeguarding? Do you thrive in a nurturing school environment where every child matters? Preston Primary School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our pupils. This key role will see you work alongside the senior leadership team to make a real difference to families and young people. You will need to have patience and love in high quantities whilst maintaining high standards of expectations for children’s attendance, wellbeing and development. As a school we pride ourselves on being rooted in old fashioned family values and we need a special kind of person to join our outstanding team.
