We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly skilled Learning Mentor & Transition Coordinator to join our school, to provide high-quality support for students during the transition from primary to secondary school, particularly for those with additional needs, and to act as a Learning Mentor for pupils facing barriers to their education.
If you have a minimum of 5 A*-C GCSEs including English & Maths, patience, commitment, and excellent communication skills, and are prepared to work hard to have a positive impact on our students, this is the job for you.
