North East Learning Trust comprises 13 academies and over 1,500 colleagues across the North East and is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide a hands-on, day-to-day operational HR service across our schools.
You’ll work with a small team of HR professionals, supporting leaders to deliver excellent outcomes for staff and, ultimately, the children and young people in our schools. The role includes employee relations, policy implementation and training to drive consistent people practices.
